1. No Exchange or Refunds: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any purchases.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@chiefkola.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your Order Number and pictures of the problem in your email.

3. Return Process: After contacting us about a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by the Company.

5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:  ChiefKola.com reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for changes.

SHIPPING POLICY

Service Area:  We ship to Hong Kong and Macau.

Delivery Time:  Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 2 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is typically 2 business days from the date of order.

Shipping Fees

• Orders of HKD 120 or above: Free shipping
• Orders below HKD 120: HKD 25 per order + HKD 5 per item
